We are an online garden store shipping live lawn turf to our customers across the UK. We have been using Celkom Transport for almost 2 years, doing hundreds of deliveries, having been let down by many other providers in the past. The support and customer service we get from the Celkom team is exceptional, especially when you consider how difficult and challenging logistics are when shipping a product with a very short shelf life. The team are friendly and helpful even when things go wrong as they sometimes do on the pallet distribution network. They always call our customers to explain, apologise and assist if consignments are going to be late or held up, which is sometimes unavoidable. Most logistic companies do not do this or take responsibly, so it is refreshing to find a company that care. Well done Celkom, keep up the good work and remember that happy customers are what makes us all successful and sustainable .
